HALF SHELL SPRITZ

A light, dry spritz built with Marine 01 Oyster Shell Vodka, fino sherry, and orange. Crisp and refreshing, made for warm afternoons and the first round of the day.

Servings: 1

Garnish: Orange Peel

Pairing: Oysters, tinned seafood, shrimp cocktail, and light appetizers.

Ingredients

• 1½ oz Marine 01 Oyster Shell Vodka
• 1 oz fino sherry
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 2–3 oz chilled seltzer

Method

1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add vodka, sherry, and bitters.
3. Top with seltzer and stir gently.
