BOLD COAST BLOODY MARY

A savory Bloody Mary featuring Marine 01 Oyster Shell Vodka, citrus, spice, and tomato. Built for brunch, oyster bars, and long afternoons by the water.

Garnish: Celery stalk, lemon wedge

Pairing: Brunch, smoked fish, shellfish, and coastal fare.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Marine 01 Oyster Shell Vodka
• 4 oz tomato juice
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp prepared horseradish
• 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• Pinch celery salt
• Pinch black pepper

Method

1. Combine all ingredients with ice.
2. Roll gently between tins or stir until chilled.
3. Pour into a tall glass over fresh ice.
